Airhogs Sharpshooter Missile launching RC Helicopter Review
the Airhogs Sharpshooter is a 2 channel coaxial Infrared Controlled Helicopter. This means you can make it fly up and down and turn left and right. It flies forward on its own at a very slow rate allowing you to line up your shot. It can Carry 2 missiles In its lunch bays, pressing the fire button on the transmitter causes one of the 2 missiles to fire so you get 2 shots before you need to reload. The missiles shoot about 10 feet. It cost 34.99 and is sold at places like Toys R Us Target and Wal-Mart. The package includes the 2 channel helicopter 6 missiles and 3 cardboard targets. The helicopter flies for 5 to 7 minutes and recharges in about 30 minutes.

does it come with a little sticker weight like the original havok, cause a weight in the front would solve your speed problem

@pito1bk1 the clips inside may be broken, or the actuator may be stuck, you may want to exchange it if you can’t get it working.

Whats wrong with playing with a remote control helicopter at age 30? I would use it if I was 30 as well. There very fun I just got mine yesterday.

i just got mine yesterday and besides the fact that the missles dont stay inside of it most of the time it is a great heli and the targets are really hard to hit

This heli is decent. Slow to shoot like people describe. Now, what would really do it for me, would be to put the missile shooting concept on the Air Hogs Twin Thunder helicopter, and Double the missile capacity on the Heli!! 4 missiles, 2 rotors, + a spotlight = Ultimate RC Helicopter with Ultimate Control!!! Get to it Air Hogs!!!
The delay in firing, should only be when firing 2 consecutively. It uses a flexinol/nano-muscle wire to release the mechanism. Takes a half second to cool and re-heat. it actually doesn’t have a gyro, just a very sophisticated heading lock technology.
5-7 minute flight time 30 minute recharge time.
The 6 AA batteries in the transmitter will give you about 15 flights before needing to be replaced or recharged.

What kind of life can you expect out of the batteries?
So far the best helicopter air hogs has made. I bought the blue and red version. Thinking about buying another one just to keep in the box.
