Well… with the technology and cheap knock-offs these days, anything is possible and at that price. Here is a link where you could find it all at the price you want.
You could always make your own, but itll cost a lot more.
You wont.You have to install that yourself,a mini spy cam,be sure you don’t throw it off balance though.
