Question about Trex decking?
I have just had a Trex deck installed, and my friends that installed it told me that Trex can scratch pretty easily. Has anyone had a problem with this? My patio chairs and table are metal: should I put some kind of plastic pads (like little round ones under each leg) underneath them? What about if I put flowerpots on the deck..should those have plastic pads underneath them too? Thank you!
something just sitting on the deck isnt going to scratch it (flower pots). If u scoot across the deck with any weight on it it could possibly scratch the deck (chairs). Id maybe put pads on the chairs but not the pots
