A customer service rep from Symantec said that they would send me a free copy of Norton Internet Security 2007
They asked me for my subscription number and everything. I even had to give the rep my address. Would they lie to me? They said it would come by September 10th. If they lied, that rep would be fired right? The rep said I was only eligible because my Norton Internet Security subscription was still valid. I went to the Symantec Chat Support room.
He said he was going to send me a full version CD.
As long as there support is located in India and you can’t speak with a tech rep in the US, I refuse to deal with either McAfee or Symantec they both have removed there tech’s from US shores.
