Rc Helicopter?
Victor R asked:
About to get an Raptor Gas Helicopter. Never flown one is it hard to learn? Is the motor the same as the nitro cars? Cause have several Traxxas cars and was wondering if i had to adjust the setting like my T-Max?

well i have an battery powerd heli and i’m still working on how to fly it but a lot of older people tell me it is acually easier to fly a gas powered one.
Anyway if u get it and can’t learn to fly it there are several simulations you can buy that let u practice on them (I own one).
just a helpful hint: dont get mad when u first crash it because, believe me, there will be more crashes to folow.
First, buy a simulator. Learn on that, then spend the money to get the Raptor. No, they don’t use the same engines as rc cars. But yes, you do still have to tune them.
It is EXTREEMLY hard to learn! Especially with a 3D aerobatic heli like a raptor! I would strongly suggest you get a flight sim and/or a smaller training helicopter such as the Blade CX2 from Efilte. Trust me, I started out with a higher level heli and ended up with a pile of helicopter parts lol! You’ll save yourself ALOT of time, money, and anguish if you get a flight sim and a coaxial heli to learn on first!
