It is known for being highly customizable and easy to understand. On the other hand, CRM is divided into four versions – Workgroup edition, Enterprise edition, Professional edition, and the Service Provider edition. The Work Group edition comes with only 5 client access license while the rest provide unlimited client access. All four, however, are highly customizable. A fifth version, the online version, however, does not provide for much customization due to security issues.
