how do i connect this microphone to my pc?
i just bought this microphone: “shure dynamic cardioid microphone C606N”
i have an adapter so the cable can fit in my pc, but i don’t know how to be able to record stuff, the computer doesn’t recognize it.
help please
my sound card is: “SigmaTel High definition audio CODEC”
i bought the mic to record myself playing guitar.

i also bought a logitech mic, and the computer doesnt recognize it either, i alrdy set all the volumes to max, and im pluging it into the pink hole
Microphone do NOT need to be “recognized”. It’s a DUMB device. Just open a recording program and start recording already.
