sure you can but I have no idea what helicoptor kit you have. First of all, check if the crystals are removable. You will need to change the crystals both on the transmitter and receiver, they must match in value. If the frequency of your kit is AM 27.195MHz, then you will need AM 27MHz crystals. (AM 75MHz or FM 27MHz crystals will not work in this case!) A safe range of +/-0.030MHz will not cause radio interference.
