Then I guess an Air Hog is totally unflyable! I have some prior R/C experience (airplanes) and this toy can't be trimmed to fly properly. As you vary the rotor speed the needed trim drastically changes, so the helicopter spins out of control. If I'm very careful, I can get it to hover for a few minutes. Do yourself a favor and pass on this toy... I can't see an 8 year-old being able to get it into the air, as the package says. Uncontrollable waste of money
