I gave this helicopter as a present for Christmas. After we charged the battery, we went outside to fly it. The helicopter lasted almost 6 minutes. We tried to land it and apparently our landing wasn't gentle enough and parts started breaking off. I called XHeli and basically the rude salesperson said that their policy is that if you use it, even for 1 second, and it breaks, it is the customers fault. No refunds. No exchanges. Don't waste your money and time. Buy a different company's product. Don’t buy this product!
