very,very poor service for replacement blades

I sent a order for (3) replacement blades and have never received them. I did what your directions on your instructions said to do. I went to your replacement site on the web (according to your instruction page that comes with the product). I ordered 3 replacement blades @15.00 dollars. This has been more than three weeks ago. I have not received the Blades or even a email to tell me why I have not received them. This means you can only use the heli until it brakes a blade. Then you may as well trash it because you can’t get a replacement blade. I used PayPal and payment was sent. I am very Angry and will not use this company again. The product was good,but the support and replacement was BAD.
I think this Helicopter is more of a toy than a hobby copter however….

I got the copter and thought it was smaller than I thought a 3 channel heli would be.. I mean I have a housefly 2 and it has 3 channels but it is alot bigger than this..
well my son flew it and it fell over right away and had a blade strike the ground. It broke one of the blades. I wrote the company after the incident and it being Christmas
the owner of the company sent me a new blade set free of charge. What a great customer service experience. For those you have blades broken,, you can get new blades for a mere 8 bucks
or so. Its a great little copter. Me and my son can fly it around our house. a little weight in the front gives it some better forward flight. And the fly weights are adjustable if they
lean to one side or the other.. All in all me and my son are happy with the 22 bucks we spent on it. For those days when the 450 sized heli is unable to fly outdoors because
of wind. . this little thing is a lot of fun inside the house.. Just be sure to drop the throttle as soon as you get close to anything. or it starts to turn on its side. you won’t break
any blades if you do this..

the copter spun wildly out of control on its first flight and broke when it crashed into our wii drum set. It probably just needed some adjustment and a little practice but I will never know because it wont fly and I cannot locate replacement rotors.
Misleading Product Description

I am just so upset that I was misled by the Product Description.
I was looking for an inexpensive, entry level product and decided to buy this one. According to the product discription it includes “battery charger” and it only requires 8 AA batteries for the “transmitter”.
It turns out that 8 AA batteries are used to charge the helicopter as well, and it mean I have to purchase 8 AA new batteries for every 20 minutes of flying.
They should clearly inform the buyer that it does not include the “charger” or “adapter” to charge the product, and 8 AA batteries are used not only for transmitters but also to charge the helicopter !!!!
Best micro Worst durability

This nano/micro size helicopter has extremely nice hover ability, rather slow foreward/backward motion but this is due to the great hover being the focus. Because of this the usability of this nano is super easy, real 3D motion for a micro, 10-15m charge only renders about 3-5 minutes of flight if your really tooling around that rear motor really drains the juice. The downside to this extremely easy to fly chopper is the durability is so minimal almost every accident is sure to break something. The body is tough plastic but the wings are the thinnest amongst all other micro/medium sized choppers, 1 crash on the ground in a sideways motion snaped the wing, however simple scotch tape on both sides makes the wing like new and flies perfect, a little glue to fix the landing gear which snapped on a hard tile landing but only from 3 feet. This is probly the easiest to use beginner chopper with real 3D for micro size is super sweet but requires one with experience as even a single crash can bring down this awesome chopper.
