I bought 3 of these. One for each of my adult sons and one for my 10 yr old granddaughter. All three broke during first use. My granddaughter was assisted by her grandfather so it wasn’t like a kid was trying to fly it alone. All three have tried to repair their helicopters but it is very disappointing. I might also note, these things take 8 AA batteries each. I bought rechargeable batteries for all 3 so they would get full enjoyment from their new helicopters and not have to worry about going out to buy new batteries that I was sure these things would suck the power out of pretty fast. The good news is, since they don’t need the AA batteries for their broken helicopters, they will have a plentiful supply of rechargeable batteries for use in other battery operated things that they own,
