I got to buy NT1. MICS mounted using a capsule embedded in processed form above factors could drive a truck through, and NT1 vocal microphone is great. Man in the shop suggested NT1000. I hit a lot, and there is no huge difference, but in 1000 only a little voice ‘to make it easier. But NT1 was painted (can change), aluminum. When installing screws feel rough, like go with aluminum base. NT1000, however, feels rich and expensive nickel steel end (probably) as the most expensive Neumann. And when you screw parts together is a subtle feeling. This is more than 100 dollars NT1, but sound somewhat ‘look better and better and feeling better handling, it seemed worth it.
My only problem with his weight ever. It is hard enough, and can spread much in my boom stand without falling.
